# Cozy is coming to the App Store

A release date, and a new way of selling Cozy.

I finally have a release date for Cozy on the App Store: Monday, September 21.

From that day, the price will go from $35 to $49.

## Why the change

When I started, I thought the mobile and desktop apps should have different prices and be available for purchase separately.

But after everything I’ve learned over the past few months, I think the best approach is to sell everything together.

## The two options

So, starting September 21, there will be two options:

-   **Cozy Standard**: 1 year of updates, available on Mac, Windows, iPhone, and iPad for $49.
-   **Cozy Forever**: Same compatibility, but with unlimited updates forever for $89.

If you’d rather wait until the release, that’s totally fine. But if you already know you want Cozy, you can still get it for $35 until September 21.
