One inbox, and the person who wrote the app reads it.

Write to [**dear@cozyjournal.app**](mailto:dear@cozyjournal.app) and you get me, Alberto Gallego. There's no ticket queue and no support desk in front of it, because there's no one else here: I make Cozy on my own and I answer the email myself, usually within a day or two.

## What to write about

-   **Something is broken.** Tell me what you did and what happened instead. Your app version and operating system help, and your entries never have to leave your computer for me to work out a bug. [Report a bug](mailto:dear@cozyjournal.app?subject=Cozy%20bug%20report).
-   **You want Cozy to do something it doesn't.** Ideas are welcome, including the ones I'll say no to. [Send an idea](mailto:dear@cozyjournal.app?subject=Cozy%20feature%20idea).
-   **Your license key.** Lost keys come back by email from the [key recovery page](https://licenses.albertogalca.com/portal/recoveries/new?product=cozy) without waiting for me. Anything else about a purchase, a renewal or a refund, write to me.
-   **The price is out of reach where you live.** Say which country you're in and I'll send a code. Students and teachers can [verify a school email](https://cozyjournal.app/education/) and get one back straight away.
-   **Press, reviews and podcasts.** Ask for whatever you need — screenshots, a license to try, or answers about how Cozy is built. [Get in touch](mailto:dear@cozyjournal.app?subject=Cozy%20press).
-   **Privacy and your data.** Cozy stores nothing about you, so most requests have a short answer, but ask anyway and read the [privacy policy](https://cozyjournal.app/privacy/) for the long one.

Cozy is made by **Cantimplora Studio LLC**, a Wyoming limited liability company. That's the name on your invoice; behind it, it's still one person.

It's a registered agent's address, not an office you can visit — there is no office. Post sent there reaches me, but email is far faster.
