Hello!
October went by fast. Cozy landed on the App Store on the 1st, and since then I’ve been going back and forth between the desktop and the iPhone app.
Here’s what’s new:
- Prices for your country. Cozy now costs less in a lot of countries, and you’ll see your own price before you pay.
- Templates. If you always start your entries the same way, save it as a template (Morning pages, gratitude, whatever you like) and every new entry starts from it.
- Reviews. You can now write a review of your week, your month or your year, and they all live together in their own list.
- Habits, with flowers. On Mac and Windows there’s a new Habits view, and each habit has a little potted flower that grows as the weeks go by.
- Your own font. You can write in any font you have on your computer, and your iPhone and iPad will use it too.
- PDF export. If you ever want your entries on paper, you can save them as a PDF, from the computer or the phone.
- Face ID and the iPad. On iPhone you can lock a journal with Face ID, dictate, or scan a page from a paper notebook. On the iPad, the list and the entry sit side by side.
- 7 days free, everywhere. Now you can try Cozy free for 7 days on your computer and on your phone. Handy if a friend wants to see if it’s for them before buying.
- Obsidian import. If you’re coming from Obsidian, your photos, dates and properties now come along too.
If you know someone who’d like to try Cozy, you can now give it to them as a gift. You get a little card to print or forward.
That’s all for now. If you want to find out about other things I’ve worked on, you can always check the changelog, where I share everything, or the docs.
If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. I’m all ears.
Happy journaling,
Alberto
